Domestic Shipping
We currently offer standard and expedited shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and 3-Day shipping (United States Postal Service) within the United States. With standard shipping, orders will be delivered in 7 to 14 business days once they ship from the warehouse. Deliveries may occur on Saturday or Sunday depending on carrier service and holiday schedule. Please visit the following websites for complete shipping information. Shipping Outside The United States
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please make note of the shipping cost at checkout to ensure it is feasible. Once an order is place, we are not responsible for disputed international shipping fees.
P.O. Box and Military Addresses
Yes, we can ship to United States Postal Service (P.O.) Boxes. Please select Priority Mail as your shipping option. Please note that some items may not be available to ship to military addresses due to specific country tariff laws.
Track Packages
Click the link to your DHL, FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Priority Mail tracking number in the shipment confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. It may take 24-48 hours before tracking information appears on the these websites.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for Brooklyn Bunny to inspect the item. A full refund minus shipping and handling fees will be processed if all items are returned in the original condition and packaging. Heavily used or damaged items will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective or the wrong item, please email customer service at info@brooklynbunny.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges online. If you want a product in a different size, color or design, please return the original product as instructed above and place a new order online. If you receive an order as a gift, please contact customer service at info@brooklynbunny.com.
Credit
Your refund will be processed within 10-20 business days of receiving your return. Shipping, handling, and other order-related charges will not be refunded. If you received the wrong item or if the return is a result of a manufacturer error, we will refund the shipping cost. Brooklyn Bunny reserves the right to reject claims of faulty or defective product if it is not found to be faulty or defective after the quality assurance check.
