Shipping
We currently offer Standard shipping (FedEx Ground, UPS Ground) and 2-Day shipping (United States Postal Service) within the United States. With Standard shipping, orders will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days once they ship from the warehouse. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Shipping Outside The United States
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, please contact us before you place your order for a shipping fee estimate.
P.O. Box and Military Addresses
Yes, we can ship to United States Postal Service (P.O.) Boxes. Please select Priority Mail as your shipping option.
Track Packages
Click the link to your Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS websites.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping, handling, or other charges will not be refunded.
All items must be returned in the original condition and in original packaging. Heavily used or damaged items will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective or the wrong item, please email customer service at info@brooklynbunny.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges online. If you want a product in a different size, color or design, please return the original product as instructed below and place a new order online. If you receive an order as a gift, please contact customer service at 1-718-389-4830 or info@brooklynbunny.org.
Credit
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return in the warehouse. Shipping, handling, or other charges will not be refunded. If you received the wrong item or if the return is a result of a manufacturer error, we will refund the shipping cost. Brooklyn Bunny reserves the right to reject claims of faulty or defective product if it is not found to be faulty or defective after the quality assurance check.
